Shipping and Returns

Free delivery, always

Delivery is free on every order, everywhere we ship. There is no minimum order value and no delivery fee, ever.

Same day in Gurgaon and Hyderabad

We offer same day delivery in serviceable areas of Gurgaon and Hyderabad. Order before 12 PM and your pack arrives the same day; orders placed after 12 PM arrive the next day. Enter your pincode on the product page to check whether your address qualifies.

Everywhere else in India

Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, fully tracked. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, and you will receive tracking details as soon as your pack is on its way. We ship anywhere in India a courier service reaches; we do not ship internationally yet.

Look over your order when it arrives

Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is wrong, we will make it right. A replacement or refund is yours if:

• The package contains a different product from the one you ordered
• The pack is torn, broken or not sealed properly at delivery
• The product has expired by the time it reaches you

Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number, and keep the original packaging and your order confirmation. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Returns

Because turmeric is a food product, opened or consumed packs are not eligible for return or exchange. Unopened packs in their original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery; message us on WhatsApp first and we will arrange the pickup. Packs sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. In rare cases EDEN may cancel or refuse an order, for reasons such as stock unavailability, a pricing or listing error, or a problem verifying the details provided; if we cancel, you receive a full refund. Refunds go to the original payment method and typically reflect within 5 to 7 business days.
